Charla’s education and training in the field of mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling at Naropa University have prepared her well to help her clients explore their inner selves and realize their full potential. Her approach to therapy involves deep insights delivered with warmth and full acceptance, empowering her clients to remember their own inner knowing and power.

 

Charla’s counseling practice is grounded in the principles of co-collaboration, where she works alongside clients to explore the root causes of their issues and identify effective solutions. She provides deep insights with warmth and full acceptance, making clients feel seen and heard in their unique experiences.

Charla’s transpersonal orientation and use of various therapeutic techniques such as mindfulness, Gestalt therapy, and parts work, among others, are designed to help clients achieve personal growth and accountability. Her goal is to help clients recognize and embody their true selves, leading to a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Charla’s practice is also trauma-informed and social justice-oriented, ensuring that clients feel safe and validated in their experiences. She focuses on cultivating self-love and healing attachment wounds, which is particularly helpful for clients struggling with emotional or psychological trauma.
